Merchandisers - Replenish

  • Manage the retail floor by handling merchandising, resets, inventory, fixtures/displays, customer service, display maintenance and more.
  • Develop exciting relationships face to face with some of the biggest players in retail.
  • Provide crucial market intelligence via MCG's Web Reporting System.

Brand Ambassadors - Specialize

  • Learn to be an expert in a specific brand by working closely with the client to learn retail and merchandising needs, how to sell the clients product(s), and effectively training in-store employees.
  • Act as an ambassador, representing your client to develop in-store relationships.
  • Compile and analyze market intelligence reports for your clients, giving them the edge in their industry.

Management material

  • Regional Managers - Manage field service teams and strategize with client to achieve brand goals and 100% completion rates.
