Merchandiser Coordinator
- Specialist: MCG employees that are trained and work with district managers to accomplish goals.
- Field Merchandiser: Independent contractors that are experts in merchandising, demonstrating and/or in-store selling.
- Merchandising, building relationships with store personnel, and providing outstanding customer service.
Brand Ambassador
- Perform client requests, train, meet with clients, and buyers. Capable of managing time/schedule to achieve optimal results for clients. Work as an extension of a client and give expert advice to help our partners be successful.
- Ensure product is optimally placed and merchandised.
- Drive sales by door.
Demonstrator
- Available on weekends.
- Ability to sell, train and communicate product information.
- Display professionalism in attitude and appearance.
Team Leader
- Develop, train and lead in store specialists.
- Set the standard for the in store team by demonstrating professionalism and account knowledge that exceeds the customer's expectations. Recruit, interview and participate in the development of all specialists/work force.
District Manager
- Manage a team of in store representatives as well as recruit, hire and train new employees.
- Relay important client information with a full understanding of each project to ensure successfully completion of work.
- Maintain quality assurance; Conduct survey audits on all team members.
Regional Manager
- Manage a team of field managers who are responsible for the successfully completion of merchandising/demonstrations and training projects.
- Communicate priorities and implement new initiatives to ensure objectives and strategies of company and clients are satisfied
- Exhibit expertise in field and provide critical market intelligence that will help the client dominate their market
- Provide proactive call-out resolutions
- Perform Quality Assurance on Field Merchandisers within district by monitoring visits and post work completion
- Service Stores within Territory based on MCG needs
