MERCHANDISER

  • Manage the retail floor by handling merchandising, resets, inventory, fixtures, displays, customer service and more

  • Act as an ambassador to develop in-store relationships
  • Learn to be an expert in a specific brand by working closely with the client to learn retail and merchandising needs

DEMONSTRATOR
  • Ability to sell, train and communicate product information

TEAM LEADER
  • Develop, train and lead in-store specialists
  • Set the standard for the in-store team by demonstrating professionalism and account knowledge that exceeds the customer's expectations
  • Recruit, interview and participate in the development of all specialists

DISTRICT MANAGER
  • Manage a team of in-store representatives as well as recruit, hire and train new employees
  • Relay important client information with a full understanding of each project to ensure successful completion of work
  • Maintain quality assurance and conduct survey audits on all team members

REGIONAL MANAGER
  • Manage field service teams and strategize with client to achieve brand goals and 100% completion rates
  • Communicate priorities and implement new initiatives to ensure objectives and strategies of the company and clients are satisfied
  • Exhibit in-field expertise and provide critical market intelligence that will help the client dominate their market
  • Provide proactive call-out resolutions
  • Perform Quality Assurance on Field Merchandisers within district by monitoring visits and post-work completion

  • Ability to optimize and grow key accounts
  • Responsible for managing all client project execution
  • Coordinate details of client projects with sales and field team
  • Assist with handling daily call-outs and monitoring of projects
  • Creates client presentations
  • Services budgets for select accounts
